Located about 7 mins from Kokura station, 5 mins to the food and shopping belt. Love that it has an onsen which you can use daily. Available from early morning but it has a break, and available again after 3pm. Also, they provide free holding of your luggage till your check in time. Room size reasonable and bed size was good.

Definitely exceeded expectations. Nishitetsu was within walking distance of Kokura train station. The onsen won us over. It had a hot pool, cold pool and sauna. Also walking distance to Kokura castle and a whole alley of restaurants. We did a day-trip to Mojiko to visit the Karato seafood market since accommodations were more affordable in Kokura. Bonus: THERE IS MISTER DONUT AT THE STATION!! lol

The parking was convenient, and it was 700yen for 1 night. The hotel is also located near to the JR Kokura station with many food options nearby. The room was bigger than your average Japanese hotel and it was comfortable. The public bath was new, with a hot pool, cold pool and a sauna.

Public bath was available to enjoy. The reception staff was helpful. Good variety of breakfast. Only a few minutes to Kokura station which had many train connections including Shikansen.

Great location, adequate rooms and a nice onsen with sauna. Good price/value ratio.

It was a pretty standard hotel experience, but not in a bad way. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they held our bags until check-in. I accidentally booked a smoking room and was very grateful that they were able to upgrade it to a larger non-smoking room for a small additional fee. We didn't use the bath, so I can't comment on that one.

Onsen inside the hotel was a bonus. Coin laundry is also a good amenity.

The room is clean, the location is close to Kokura station and Kokura Castle, many convenience stores nearby, there is also a locked luggage storage facility. The public bath is also great. All in all I had a great stay here.
